The Welsh Tribunals comprise six devolved tribunals – the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales, the Education Tribunal for Wales, the Residential Property Tribunal Wales, the Agricultural Land Tribunal for Wales, the Welsh Language Tribunal and the Adjudication Panel for Wales.
You can take part in all processes for each of the Welsh Tribunal in Welsh or bilingually. This includes sending and receiving correspondence and documents, communicating with the administration, and giving evidence both orally and in writing
Each of the Welsh Tribunals can convene a Welsh-English bilingual panel to hear and determine cases.
