Through their customer portal, it is possible to apply for licences, report issues, or request and register for services in Welsh.
Individuals can also take part in public consultations through the ‘Cymryd Rhan y Fro’ digital platform in Welsh.
Additional resources are provided for children at the Welsh Language Immersion Centre, which supports 4–11 year olds to succeed in Welsh-medium schools.
