They will promote their services and information bilingually including marketing and promotion, social media, recruitment and service information.
Support and encourage Welsh language use in the workplace, through proactively recruiting Welsh speakers (where the need is identified), encouraging informal Welsh language use in the workplace and enabling/encouraging staff to attend Welsh language courses
RCS Welsh speaking staff will wear Iaith Gwaith badges and use their email signature to promote ability to communicate in Welsh or English.
