Lafan offers a wide variety of services through the medium of Welsh in order to support businesses and communities across Wales.

• All customers will be able to speak in Welsh or English with us whether by phone, email, companion media or face to face. All talks are started by staff in Welsh.
• Using Welsh will therefore be a natural and easy step for all customers and we will communicate in your preferred language.
• Welsh speakers will be recognisable because they wear the Work language logo – which is a logo used to denote fluent speakers or learners.
• All our marketing use is compiled in both English and Welsh. Our marketing and advertising campaigns always prioritise the Welsh language
• They will give colleagues the opportunity to learn and improve their Welsh language skills.
• The signage in the production centre is bilingual and gives distinct priority to the Welsh language.
• They have firm expectations for consistent and fluent use of Welsh in the workplace.
