Workshop: increasing the use of the Welsh language in your workplace

Workplaces are a strategic priority for the Welsh Language Commissioner. They offer formal and informal opportunities for people to use their Cymraeg. This contributes to the Cymraeg 2050 aim of doubling the daily use of the language. The purpose of this workshop is to explore how your organisation can support this aim. We will share an overview of the theory of change commissioned by the Commissioner and discuss how you can use it to comply with the requirement to create a policy on using Welsh within your organisation.

The session will provide information and techniques to help you move your organisation along the continuum of language use, and support the entire workforce in doing so.
