In order to be able to offer high quality bilingual services, organisations need to ensure that their workforce has the right skills. Increasing use of Welsh in an organisation 

 

We want to see organisations that implement the standards increase their use of Welsh internally and enable staff to use their Welsh in all aspects of their working life. We want all workplaces to provide more opportunities for staff to use Welsh with each other, and with service users. Our hope is to see more organisations using Welsh as the main language of internal administration, or to maintain that position where it already exists. The following pages contain practical help to create a bespoke internal use policy, and resources and ideas on how to increase the use of Welsh.
