The Commissioner must create and maintain a register of enforcement action, which includes details of investigations into suspected failures to comply with standards.
The register includes the following information:
- a description of every investigation;
- the Commissioner’s findings on the investigations;
- the Commissioner’s decisions;
- a statement about any further actions taken by the Commissioner.
